FREDONIA, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- The Kentucky State Police are searching for an inmate who escaped from a Lyon County correctional facility early Sunday.
Police received a call from the West Kentucky Correctional Complex at approximately 6:10 AM about a missing inmate.
The staff advised an inmate jumped off a food cart and took off walking.
Aaron Alexander Davis of Paris, KY is described as a 25 year old white male, 6’00”, brown hair, and hazel eyes. Davis was last seen wearing white long johns, and a khaki toboggan.
Davis has a history of burglary, weapons charges, and fleeing and evading police. If anyone has contact with Davis contact police immediately.

The facility is located about 45 miles from Hopkinsville.
