MEMPHIS, Tenn. – UPDATE: Wilbourn has turned himself in, spokesman for US attorney says.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has added Tremaine Wilbourn of Memphis to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list.

Wilbourn is wanted by the TBI and the Memphis Police Department for allegedly killing a Memphis police officer August 2.

He was last seen wearing a blue jersey, black pants, and black shoes.

Tremaine Wilbourn, who also goes by the names Tremaine Martin and “T-Streetz”, is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6″2 and weighs 222 pounds. He has a tattoo on his right arm.

Wilbourn was last seen in a 2002 silver Honda Accord with dark-tinted windows, 17-inch chrome rims, a sunroof, and a black spoiler on the trunk. The Tennessee tag is U27 19K. Wilbourn should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tremain Wilbourn is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
