NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police say a man who was wanted in a triple shooting that killed one and injured two others outside a south Nashville nightclub last Saturday morning has been arrested.
WKRN News 2 reports that Cedarius Williams was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshal Task Force on Peachers Mill Road in Clarksville Monday.
Bill Ray Long Jr. was shot at Reign Night Club and Sports Bar, located in the Priest Lake Plaza shopping center, near the intersection of Murfreesboro Pike and Bell Road during the early morning hours of July 30.
He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Two other people were also shot.
Police previously said the gunshot victims knew Williams and had drinks with him inside the club.
A motive has not been released.
