CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man told police he was stabbed while leaving a club in Clarksville Saturday night.

According to a police report, officers met with the victim at Gateway Medical Center. He told them he had been at Callee’s Too on Fort Campbell Blvd. watching a basketball game and walked outside when the game was over around 9:14 p.m.

The victim said he was grabbed from behind and stabbed in his side as he fell to the ground. He told police that he “got stuck” and did not see the suspect.

His friend, who drove him to the hospital, said he did not see the suspect either because he was still inside at the time.
