HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a crash that killed a man Tuesday on Pembroke Rd. just after 4 p.m.
According to a news release, 24-year-old Miles E. Thalmann was driving a semi-truck northbound in the right lane and preparing to make a turn when a man driving a Ford Escort collided with the back of the truck and went underneath the trailer.
The driver, 41-year-old Keith D. Dixon of Greenville, Ky., was pronounced dead at the scene. Thalmann was not injured.
