HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A man was injured in a shooting Tuesday night in Hopkinsville.
According to Sgt. Todd DeArmond with the Hopkinsville Police Department, the shooting occurred around 10:25 p.m. on the 800 block of Stanley Street.
Other media outlets reported the man was shot in the abdomen, but police did not confirm that information.
Police said the man was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville where he is currently in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing. No information about a possible suspect was released.
