CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A local man was recently indicted on multiple charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Fred Williams, 53, who gave 122 King Cole Drive address, was indicted on October 7.
The charges include one count of child rape, one count of aggravated sexual battery, 15 counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor.
The victim, a young girl, was under the age of 13 at the time of the offense, which allegedly occurred between May and June of this year.
According to the indictment, Williams “knowingly did promote, employ, use, assist, transport, or permit the victim to participate in the production of acts or material that includes her engaging in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity” in addition to his sexual contact with the victim.
Williams was booked into the Montgomery County Jail with a bond of $50,000.
