CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man has been indicted in the February 2016 session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury on two counts of aggravated sexual battery.

According to court documents, 24-year-old Jacob Bergum of Fort Campbell, Ky. allegedly had sexual contact with a 5-year-old victim.

The document said the offenses occurred in December of 2014 in Montgomery County. Bergum was arrested in February of 2015.

The indictment states that Bergum “unlawfully, intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly did have sexual contact for the purpose of sexual arousal and gratification” with the victim.

It is unclear when he will appear in court.
