MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. – A man has been indicted during the February session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury for aggravated sexual battery.
The indictment states that the victim was under 13 years old at the time of the alleged crime in November of 2013.
The document says 50-year-old Jessie Williams “unlawfully, knowingly or recklessly did have sexual contact for the purpose of sexual arousal and gratification” with the victim.
Williams faces one count of aggravated sexual battery. It is unclear when his next court date will be.
