CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a gas station.

On May 14, at about 12:25 a.m., the Clarksville Police Department received a 911 call about a robbery at the Exxon at 3880 Trenton Road.

The clerk reported that a man just pointed a rifle at her and demanded the money. According to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien after receiving an undetermined amount of cash, the robber ran toward Zaxby’s next door.

Images of the robber were obtained from the video security cameras, and Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying this person. The suspect is a Black male about 5-foot-10 tall, and 170 pounds wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants and a face mask.
