UPDATE 4:25: The pedestrian that was struck on North Riverside Drive has died as a result of his injuries. Police have identified him as Gabriel Ramirez, 34.
Clarksville Police are investigating the incident.
PREVIOUSLY:
CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man was hit by a car on North Riverside Drive early Sunday morning.
At about 2:30 a.m., Clarksville Police were called to the scene at Riverside Drive near North Spring Street, according to Detective Michael Patterson.
The man was unconscious but breathing according to EMS radio traffic reported by Clarksville Now news partner Dash 10 Media.
The man was transported by Lifeflight to the hospital and his condition was unknown early Sunday.
No further information has been released.
