CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A local man has been charged with vehicular homicide in the death of another man in May of 2014.
According to an indictment, 23-year-old John T. Evans of Fort Campbell, Ky. is accused of driving recklessly in a crash that claimed the life of Lucas Allen Parks.
The indictment states that Evans failed to yield or exercise due care at the time of the crash.
Details of the incident were not released.
Evans has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury.
