CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for child rape and aggravated sexual battery.
An indictment states that Richard Wayne Joseph, 62, was charged with two counts of child rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery between January 2010 and September 2013.
The victim was under the age of 13 at the time of the crimes.
Joseph was originally booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
