CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville man was charged with exposing himself in a public place on two separate occasions.
According to an arrest warrant, the first incident occurred June 15 at the library. The witness said he saw the suspect, 22-year-old Robert Robinson, watching porn on his phone and masturbating underneath the divider close to his stall. The witness said he heard Robinson say “touch me please” during the act.
Police said Robinson gave a statement admitting to the charge of indecent exposure.
A second arrest warrant dated June 16 says a witness told police Robinson was masturbating in a public bathroom stall with his genitals pointed toward the witness under the stall.
Robinson was again charged with indecent exposure and allegedly admitted to his involvement in the incident.
His total bond amount for both counts was $2,000.
