CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man has been indicted on counts of DUI and vehicular homicide for his role in a May wreck on Tiny Town Road that left a 21-year-old mother dead and two others injured.

Zachary Schunn, 30, was indicted on two counts of DUI, one count of vehicular homicide by intoxication, one count of vehicular homicide by recklessness and one count of reckless endangerment by the December term of the Montgomery County Grand Jury.

He was arrested Friday.

The collision happened around 8:30 a.m. May 5 near Peachers Mill Road and Tiny Town Road. The wreck killed 21-year-old Kaitlyn Harris.

According to court records obtained by Clarksville Now, Schunn had a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit of .08% and was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time.

Schunn is set to appear in court for arraignment on Jan. 4.
