CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- A Nashville man was arrested and charged with the 2014 robbery of the Aldi’s grocery store.

On June 30, 2014, An employee at Aldi, said a while male, later identified as Michael Shane Stinson, came into the store, approached him and demanded all the money in the cash register.

Stinson, allegedly show the employee a handgun in his waistband and the employee gave him $441 from the cash register.

The Aldi’s employee picked Stinson out of a six person photo lineup as the person who robbed him.

Security video surveillance confirmed the robbery as the employee described.

Stinson was arrested on April, 24, and charged with aggravated robbery. His bond was set at $100,000.

It is unknown why there was a six year period before his arrest.
