CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man was given additional charges Sunday after attempting to smuggle drugs into the Montgomery County Jail while being booked.
According to an arrest warrant, Christopher Duncan, 22, was asked while in custody for other charges if he had any drugs or other contraband on his person. Duncan denied having any concealed contraband.
While being processed, deputies discovered two plastic baggies containing meth inside Duncan’s rectum. He also had a burned piece of tin foil in his pocket.
Duncan was charged with bringing illegal contraband into a penal institution and unlawful drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $20,000.
