CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Springfield man has been charged with setting fire to his girlfriend’s home.
On Nov. 8, a victim arrived home to find 24-year-old Jonathon Daniel Rawls on the left side of the house on Main Street. He went inside to make something to eat and noticed smoke coming from another part of the house.
Witnesses said they had seen Rawls at the house minutes before the fire started.
Rawls was arrested Wednesday and charged with aggravated burglary and arson. His bond was set at $150,000.
