CLARKSVILLE, A Clarksville man has been arrested after being indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to an indictment, 36-year-old David Pool was arrested for allegedly possessing “more than 100 photographs, drawings, videos, or other electronic representations that includes a minor engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity that is patently offensive.”
Each of the 10 counts against him means Pool was allegedly in possession of more than 1,000 images.
Pool was arrested Sunday and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
