CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A Clarksville man was charged with reckless endangerment after he allegedly assaulted a woman and child during a domestic dispute.

According to a police report, 49-year-old Lenzy Jackson and his girlfriend were arguing Aug. 22 around 8:15 p.m., but Jackson denied any assault.

The victim told police Jackson hit her in the face and said he flipped a baby carrier with their child inside onto the roadway on Kraft Street.

The child was transported to the hospital, and the mother did show signs of injury.

Jackson was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and simple assault. His bond was set at $10,000.
