CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville man has been arrested for allegedly firing a gun in the direction of his neighbors and damaging their vehicles with a baseball bat.

According to an arrest warrant, the victims called police July 21 to report the incident on Lancaster Rd.

They said their neighbor, 66-year-old Lucious Leverson Jr., came to their residence and damaged two of their vehicles with the bat. The victims said Leverson then pulled out a handgun and fired several shots at them while they were outside.

The warrant did not say whether anyone was injured or why the suspect fired at the victims.

Police did find damage on both vehicles, as well as a bullet hole in the front door of the home.

During a police interview, Leverson reportedly told police he did shoot in the direction of the victims and brought the gun back inside his home afterward.

Leverson was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault. His bond was set at $300,000.
