CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A local man has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on 10 counts of child rape.
According to his indictment, Roger Wayne Christy is charged with having sexual contact with three different children between January 2013 and August 2014.
The children were 4, 5, and 6 years old at the time of the alleged crimes.
Christy was indicted in the July session of 19th Judicial Court. It is unclear when he will next appear in court.
