CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man has been arrested for aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a gun at two adults and two children during a road rage incident.
According to an arrest warrant, the incident occurred Dec. 18 near Peachers Mill Rd. The victim said the suspect pointed a black pistol at the occupants of her vehicle in traffic, so she slowed down to call 911.
The woman said she was afraid for her children, who were in the backseat.
An officer made contact with the suspect, 24-year-old Obed Magiel Llanos, near Lafayette Rd. He was in possession of a black pistol.
The officer discovered that Llanos already had an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault for a similar road rage incident that occurred Nov. 1.
Llanos was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Hos bond was set at $400,000.
