Lysa Kay Green, age 61 of Clarksville passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Tennova Healthcare.
Lysa was born on August 6, 1960. She is survived by two sons, Stevhans Muldrow II and Isaiah Green; Daughters, Sara (Sean) Green, Emily Green; Grandchildren; Jaden, David, Daniel, and Roman.
Lysa was a U.S. Army Veteran. she was a loving mother, Nana, and loved her babies Kai, Archie, Prancer, Shadow
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
