Lyann Edith Barker, age 50, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015, at her residence.
Lyann was born September 2, 1965, in Mainz, Germany, to the late John Simmons and Edith Johanna Maria Hohmann.
Ms. Barker was a member of Fifth Ward Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be held Friday, December 4, at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, December 4, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Lyann is survived by her daughter, Constance Tramil (Alyssa Atkins) of Clarksville; significant other, Curtis Montgomery of Clarksville; brother, Jerry (Cassandra) Simmons of Clarksville; and three sisters, Sandy Lopez (Scott Jackson) and Michelle Tucker (Chuck Anderson), both of Clarksville, and Natasha Eichstead of Denver, CO.
