Lue Vurble Groves, age 87, passed away on December 28, 2021 at her home. She was born in Boiling Springs, TN on February 6, 1934 to Allen and Irene Trice Chester.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Drusilla Gail Trice and brother, Allen Chester. She is survived by her son, Terry Groves; daughters, Fay Sain and Lorraine Groves; 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren
Lue was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, enjoyed participating in Christian activities, quilting, and fishing. Everyone loved Grandma and she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She will be laid to rest at her family cemetery, Benevolent Lodge Order 210, at a later date.
