CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Community Action Agency is still taking applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
Those interested can pick up an application at the Community Action Agency, which is located at 150 Lafayette Road.
The program runs each year from October – September and funds are still available.
Approved applications can receive up to $600 credit toward their propane, natural gas, or electric bill.
Applicants must show proof of all household income and social security cards for everyone in the household and have a current energy bill.
