CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Popular country music duo Love & Theft will kick off The Beaver Concert Series at Clarksville’s Electric Cowboy the night of Tuesday, August 6.

The Beaver 100.3, Electric Cowboy, Clarksville, and Budweiser are partnering with Touch The Sky Productions, LLC, to present at least ten “Up Close & Unplugged” shows a year, with a portion of the ticket cost being donated to local non-profit, Camp Rainbow.

The concerts will be unique in that they will give artists a chance to showcase their acoustic skills in a setting that will also allow them to interact closely with fans.

Love & Theft is the duo of Stephen Barker Liles and Eric Gunderson. Earlier this year, they received nominations from the Academy of Country Music Awards and the CMT Music Awards. Their first hit “Runaway” peaked at #10 on the Country charts In August 2012, while “Angel Eyes” became their first #1 single on the Hot Country Songs chart. Their most recent single off their debut album, “If You Ever Get Lonely”, was recently released on June 3, 2013.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. for the August 6 show. An opening act, DJ, and dinner will take place before Love & Theft’s performance.

All attendees must 21 and older, and space is limited. Tickets will be $12 in advance and $16 at the door.
