Louis “Louie” James Vassas, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at the
age of 73.
Louie was born in Detroit, MI on January 20, 1951, to the late Barney Vassas and Helen Butkovich.
Louie is survived by his wife, Marsha; sons, Jerry Crite, Ryan (Flor) Crite, Jason (Andrea) Vassas, and Michael Vassas; brothers, Bill (Connie) Vassas and Robert (Janice) Vassas; sisters, Maria (Brian) Beaudoin, Helen (William) Eggett, and Denise (William) Slade; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be Monday, July 29, 2024, from 11:00 AM until the hour of
service at the funeral home.
