Lori Love Watson Arnold, age 43 of Fort Campbell, KY, died Monday, July 7, 2014 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital.
Lori is survived by her husband, Miguel Ortiz; mother, Deborah Thomas of Corydon, IN; sister, Shelia (Steve) Wetter of Corydon, IN; and three nieces, Kristina Shermerhorn, Katlyn Kinslow, and Harley Love Wetter.
No services are planned, and her remains are to be cremated.
