CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Fort Campbell Soldier and local author Bradford Smith recently published his second book.

“No Higher Call” is intended “to draw attention to the issue of orphans and adoption.” Focusing on the issues of poverty, addiction, incarceration that orphaned children often deal with, the book challenges readers to take action.

Another work available from Smith titled “Scourge,” is also available for purchase. The book has been described as “an unprecedented, first-hand look into the harsh and gritty reality of addiction.”

Smith has been married to his best friend Ami since 2001. Together, they stay busy raising their nine children. A West Point graduate, Brad has served on active duty since 1995, with multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan.
