CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Due to a surge in demand brought on by concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), local retailers are experiencing shortages of certain products, including hand sanitizer, toilet paper and dry goods.

In an effort to restock, and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, many local grocery stores are adjusting hours of operation.

Adjusted hours for grocery stores are as follows:

Kroger

Kroger Grocery Stores in Middle and East Tennessee will operate 6 a.m-10 p.m. daily.

Kroger has three locations in Clarksville, Tenn, including 2100 Lowes Dr, 110 Dover Crossing Rd, and 1489 Madison Street.

Publix

Publix will operate 7:00 a.m-8:00 p.m. daily. These new hours include the pharmacy.

Locations in Clarksville include 1771 Madison Street, 920 TN-76 and 1490 Tiny Town Road.

Walmart

Walmart Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets will operate 6 a.m-11 p.m.

Walmart Supercenter locations include 3050 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, 1680 Fort Campbell Blvd and 2315 Madison St.

Walmart Neighborhood Market locations include 216 Dover Rd, 408 Tiny Town Rd and 2551 Whitfield Rd.

Aldi’s

Aldi, located at 1570 Fort Campbell Blvd has not announced a change to hours and will continue to be open 9 a.m-8 p.m.

Sam’s Club

Sam’s Club, located at 3315 Guthrie Hwy will operate 9 a.m-8 p.m.

Hilltop

Hilltop Supermaket, located at 400 TN-149, has not announced a change to hours at this time. They will continue to operate 6 a.m-9 p.m.
