CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Spring has sprung and Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee is hosting a Spring fun event for families to learn about Girl Scouts and have fun.

Spring into Girl Scouts will take place April 11, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Rotary Park (2308 Rotary Park Dr., Clarksville, TN).

During the event, Girl Scout representatives and local troops will provide fun activities such as traditional Girl Scout games and songs, as well as an inflatable, and our own Girl Scout pony to meet and pet. Information will also be available on the various ways in which girls, kindergarten through twelfth grades, may participate in Girl Scouts, from forming or joining a Girl Scout troop to participating in various Girl Scout camp programs over the summer months.

Cost is $10 per girl, which includes Girl Scout membership until September 30, 2015. Families and registered Girl Scouts, who bring a friend, are free.
