CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement is hosting a new concert series in Southside, TN. Southside Summer Nights concerts will take place June 28, July 26 and August 23. Special ticket pricing for the event is now available.
Buy-One-Get-One-Free pricing is available for advance online tickets. Tickets can be purchased through EventBrite.com. Individual tickets are $12, plus tax, for ages 13 and up. No special code is required. The offer will be pre-programmed at the first of the month for each concert.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or a quilt for a 6:30 p.m. start time. Bring a picnic or enjoy on-site food trucks and lawn games. Concerts will conclude at 8:30 p.m.
Friday, June 28 features local favorite Back Lot Pickers. The group features father-son duo Donald and Lucian Greene. They have played local events and venues since 2012.
Friday, July 26 line-up includes Queen City Committee. The six member band hails from California to Clarksville. They have individually toured with Hootie and the Blowfish, opened for Johnny Paycheck, Asleep at the Wheel, and New Riders of the Purple Sage. The band features classic rock from the 60s and 70s, Motown and Country.
On Friday, August 23, multi-talented musicians and vocalists BAM will entertain the audience. The trio can be heard throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. They are the backup band, Hillbilly Heart, for Brad McCrady Productions Impersonator Shows in Owensboro, Ky.
During the 2019 regular season Historic Collinsville is open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Regular admission is free for ages six and under and $7 for ages seven and up. The property is open other days and times for groups of six or more for reservations, rentals, weddings, or special events.
