The auction will take place at Mossy Oak Properties Brokerage 3700 Dover Road, Woodlawn Tennessee 37191. No minimums, no reserves!
Terms:
Fifiteen thousand dollars ($15,000) down day of auction (nonrefundable). Balance is due at closing in approximately 45 days. 10% buyer’s premium will apply for all onsite bidders and 13% for offsite bidders. Seller will provide clear title. Buyer is to pay cost of title search and any title insurance.
