Linda Quarles-Suggs was born on July 25, 1956, to the parents of Robert Quarles, Sr. And Margie Quarles both of Clarksville, Tn. Linda entered the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 30, 2023.

She accepted Christ during her teenage years and affiliated with Fifth Ward Missionary Church, where she joined her sisters as a member of the youth choir. She was educated in the Clarksville Montgomery County Public Schools, where she attended the historic Cobb Elementary and Burt High Schools and graduated from Clarksville High School in the class of 1974.

After high school, she entered into holy matrimony with Rosendo (Rudy) Suggs. They moved to California and from this union their beloved daughter Krishna (Krissy) Suggs was born. They became residents of the State of California for twenty plus years. While in California, Linda became a long-time employee of Costco Wholesale. She also worked for the Metropolitan Nashville Parks Department. Linda loved life and lived it to its fullest. Her love for life was reflected in her spirit and her soul. The very essence of her love was displayed in the dedication and care for her daughter and grandson (Krishaun). She was a lover of music and would dance at the drop of any good beat. She loved her family and friends unconditionally. During her illness, she never complained or felt sorry for herself. She stayed positive and full of jokes with her infectious laugh. She faced death with her faith and her never ending truth in the Lord who delivered her into enteral rest.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Quarles, Sr. and Margie Quarles, sister Wilma Quarles-Long, brother Robert Quarles, Jr. and niece Dayus Lewis-Davis.
