Lillian Haley Cheatham, age 78 of Clarksville, TN passed away May 31, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Lillian was born in Montgomery County, TN on June 23, 1945 the daughter of the late Richard Thomas and Effie Newcomb Haley. She is preceded in death by one brother, Joe Richard Haley and two sisters, Ann Haley Chandler and Mary Haley Seay.
She was retired from Jostens American Yearbook and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Ray Cheatham Sr.; one son, James Ray (Shirley) Cheatham Jr.; one daughter, Cynthia Cheatham Greene (Jeff Burkhart); three sisters, Mildred Haley Johnson, Cornelia Haley Seay and Ruth Haley Turner; one grandson, Noah David Greene.
A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 3, 2024 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Reed and Rev. Terry Newsome officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery Trenton Ky. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 AM until the service hour. Pallbearers will be Donnie Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, Mark Wells, Charles Chandler, Joey Seay and Ronnie Johnson Jr..
