TriStar Health, one of Tennessee’s top healthcare providers, has announced plans to build a new hospital in Clarksville. And in a few short weeks, the state will be considering their application for a Certificate of Need to make it happen.
Today, Alex Kell, who grew up in Clarksville, later joined the military, and now works at HCA TriStar Health, talks about the proposed TriStar Clarksville Hospital and what it will do for our community.
Both Alex and her sister Taylor Maynard have leadership roles with HCA Healthcare’s Military Colleague Network, helping other veterans transition into civilian roles. It’s part of HCA’s ongoing commitment to serving the military and veterans.
Col. Vincent Myers, retired, formerly with Fort Campbell’s Blanchfield Community Army Hospital, has seen firsthand the relationship between TriStar and the military. Today, he talks about what the proposed TriStar Clarksville Hospital will do for the local military community.
The hearing date for TriStar’s Certificate of Need before the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission will be July 23 in Nashville. Ahead of that, you can have your say and provide valuable input to the commission.
