CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A pedestrian was injured Wednesday morning on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. in the southbound lane near CDE.
The incident occurred shortly before 10 a.m.
Officer Natalie Hall with the Clarksville Police Department said the man was not hit by a vehicle, but had a pre-existing medical condition and collapsed on the side of the road.
One southbound lane at the side of the road was currently blocked off.
Lifeflight was called to the scene for the 59-year-old white male.
