Lewis Theodore Lastik, age 62 of Thompson Station TN, formerly of Clarksville, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017 at TriStar Hospital in Spring Hill.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Hilldale Church of Christ, 501 Hwy 76, Clarksville, Tennessee, with Joe Sorci and Pete Kutz officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the hour of service at the church. Following the church service a Celebration Reception will be held at the Charles Hand Bud Barn, 816 Ross Rd, Cedar Hill, Tennessee.

Lewis was born on August 25, 1954 in Alexandria, VA, the son of the late Israel Mendel Lastik and Jaqueline Julia Becker. Lewis was a graduate of TC Williams High School in Alexandria, VA, where his football career started. He went on to play football at Ferrum University and then transferred to APSU to finish out his college football career. Lewis was currently employed by FiberTek in Williamson County for over 20 years. He was an avid golfer and a huge fan of Alabama Crimson Tide Football and Southern Rock Music.

He is survived by the mother of his son, Sherry Wilson-Cobb; son, Lewis (Misty) Lastik; brother, Barry (Nancy) Lastik; sisters, Marsha (Rebecca Boland) Mann and Shelly (Wayne) Rusk; grandchild, LJ Lastik.
