CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Leadership Clarksville recently announced new candidates for their Class of 2020. Each year members of the Clarksville community are selected to serve in a leadership development year-long course.

In its 33rd year, the program is an exclusive opportunity for community leaders.

“Leadership Clarksville empowers and connects leaders to strengthen and transform the community,” said Carole Dorris, executive director. “In monthly full-day sessions that include site visits, presentations and dialogues with key decision makers, participants get a behind- the- scenes look at how Clarksville-Montgomery County works.”

The purpose of the program is to prepare leaders and empower them to create a better community. Graduates represent all sectors of business, civic, and religious organizations.

Graduated of Leadership Clarksville are challenged and inspired to make Montgomery County a better place to live, do business, raise families and envision a brighter future.
