A graveside service for Laura Louise Lowry, age 93, of Clarksville, TN, will be Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery where she will be laid to rest alongside her late husband, Ray Lowry, Jr. Thurman Muzzle will officiate.
Laura was born on December 25, 1928 in Carlisle, TN, to Samuel and Eileen Sykes Cook. She passed away on August 2, 2022. Laura loved spending time with her family, playing cards, traveling, and nature. She was always in a hurry even with no place to go and loved drinking Dr.Pepper.
In addition to her husband and parents, Laura is preceded in death by three siblings. She is survived by her children, Keith (Jan) Lowry and Susan Barger; grandchildren: Kerry Harper, Brandie Barger Stark, Terri Honshell, Clinton Barger, Rian Barger, and Jerry Johnson; great-grandchildren: Chelsea Stark, Tori Stark, Kenlie Barger, Anisley Barger, Avilynn Barger, Taylor Woodring, Landon Welborn, Carson Honshell, Grace Johnson, and Amelia Johnson; great-great grandchildren: Addyson Stark, Nolan Nachtarb, and Kryden Allday; and many more loving family members, nieces, nephews, and friends.
