CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- (CLARKSVILLENOW) Take a lantern guided tour through Port Royal State Historic Park and meet some of Port Royal’s more famous (and infamous) residents as they tell tales of the frontier, the Bell Witch, Night Riders and more.
Tickets are $6 a piece, children under 5 are free. Tours start at 6 p.m. and run every twenty minutes Oct. 20 and 21. The last tour leaves at 9 p.m.
Reservations are highly recommended to secure a tour time. A limited number of tickets will be available at the gate (cash only) but you may have to wait 1-3 hours for an opening. Reserve now to avoid the wait.
Meet at:
The River Bottom trail head on the Trail of Tears section of the park. This is on the north side of the highway bridge. Across the river from the office and canoe access.
