CLARKSVILLE, TN – The City of Clarksville, in coordination with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and Bell Construction, will be conducting utility and road work at the intersection of Spring Creek Parkway and Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, requiring the temporary closure of the outermost lanes along that stretch of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
The affected area begins at Morris Road and ends at South Hampton Place.

These lane closures are scheduled to begin Monday, July 6. The project is expected to take four weeks, weather-allowing.
This project is part of the second construction phase of Spring Creek Parkway, a Tier 1 project in the City’s Transportation 2020+ master plan. For more information on Transportation 2020+, including an interactive map for tracking the progress of included projects, click here.
