CLARKSVILLE, TN – L.O.S.S., Lending Our Shared Stories, a grief support organization, will celebrate two years of helping people deal with grief and loss on Oct. 9 at the Roxy Regional Theatre.

Treva Gordon is the founder of L.O.S.S. In June 2019, she lost her husband Robert to cancer. She found herself devastated and heartbroken, and in October 2019 formed L.O.S.S., where the mission is about helping people heal from all types of losses: loved one, spouse, relationship, pet, divorce, child, identity, health, financial, etc., according to a news release.

The two-year anniversary event will be hosted by NŌREZ, and Sophia Irvine will provide food for the soul.

A VIP Red Carpet Experience begins at 5:45 p.m., and the show begins at 6:35 p.m.

The evening of fun and shared stories will include comedy by Simone Bryant James, a fashion show by Jonathan Johnson, Carlos and Carmen Gloria, motivational speaking by Chris Zander, music by Robyn Renei, NOREZ, Selena, and Renee’ Craig. There will be a silent auction and giveaways. Also, a snippet premiere “Freedom Train,” the story of Harriet Tubman, will be presented by The Roxy, the release said.

The main event will be “The Treva Gordon Story: Rise / I’ve Got the Victory,” a Treva Gordon production written by Treva Gordon and directed by Ryan Bowie.

This musical performance depicts Gordon’s life’s story, including the loss of her husband Robert, and how from that brokenness, she discovers her path. Music will be performed by Renee’ Craig, and featuring praise dance by Kiya Scott, the release said.

Tickets are $30 and can be purchased online at loss-events.org or through the Roxy Regional Theatre. VIP options are also available.
