CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce has added L.E.A.P. O.R.G. as one of its newest members in a recent ribbon cutting held at the LEAP Plaza at 1860 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. L.E.A.P. stands for Leadership, Enlightenment, Achievement & Perserverance.

Dorilsha White, Resource Coordinator for L.E.A.P. talked about the organization. “We are a nonprofit organization that works with juveniles from the ages of 11-18. We have group sessions and we do after school programs at the three community centers,” said White.

White added that L.E.A.P. also offers assessment classes, featuring positive coping skills, leadership and life skills along with career readiness. LEAP’s mission is to instill positive moral growth and sustainable life skills in youth.
