PRINCETON KY (CLARKSVILLENOW) – On November 19, at approximately 4:20 p.m, Trooper Daniel Holland of Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville responded to a single vehicle collision eastbound on I-24 at the 56 mile marker.
Preliminary investigation revealed a 2007 silver Chevrolet Cobalt operated by Jaryonlee Wells, 24, of Omaha, Nebraska, abruptly exited the western part of the roadway and collided with trees. The vehicle was also occupied by Heidi Renter, 22, and Elyonha Wells, 1, of Omaha, Nebraska.
Heidi Renter was pronounced deceased on scene by the Caldwell County Coroner’s Office.
Jaryonlee and Elyonha Wells were flown via Air Evac to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and are now in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Holland.
