CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Kirkwood High offensive Lineman Kamari Blair has flipped his commitment from South Carolina to the University of Tennessee on Thursday, Aug. 21.
The 6-foot-6 four-star prospect originally committed to the Gamecocks on July 16, after a long recruiting process. He chose South Carolina over the likes of Tennessee and Ole Miss. Now, he’ll be headed to Knoxville to play under Volunteers head coach Josh Heupel.
Blair is one of the top ten recruits in the state of Tennessee and a member of the ESPN top 300 recruits in the nation heading into his senior season.
Blair returns to action for Kirkwood this Friday as the Cobras are taking on West Creek High School in Clarksville Now’s Game of the Week.
