CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A year ago, Kings Bluff Brewery partnered with Dunbar Cave State park to create a special brew, The Dunbar Draught. The Dunbar Draught test batch was created inside Dunbar Cave and soon after, the outpouring of people who wanted to try it led to Kings Bluff Brewery’s way to give back to the community.
Kings Bluff Brewery made a donation of $1,000 to the Friends of Dunbar Cave, according to a news release. This donation is part of the KBB’s #PintsforaPurpose campaign, which helps local area nonprofits – including the Friends of Dunbar Cave, Habitat for Humanity, and many others. The donation is from the sale of the Dunbar Draught, a recipe created by Dustyn Brewer.
The Friends of Dunbar Cave funds various upkeep and improvement projects at the park. They fund two of the park’s cave tour guide positions.
