CLARKSVILLE, TN − This Saturday, August 24th, The Kenwood High School JROTC Raider team put to the test their abilities after a 2-month long summer break. They showed remarkable skills and determination to achieve a decisive victory on their school grounds. The Raider team went on to secure 1st place in 6 categories with only 3rd place in one other. The Raider event was held on the campus of Kenwood High School, with 14 Raider Teams from the district and the Tri-state area.
In attendance to view the Raider event were local community and district leaders along with over 200 families and friends.
The competition featured events meant to test the physical endurance, leadership, and teamwork of the attending raider teams. For Kenwood Black Knights Raiders, they went on to excel in these 7 categories:
- 1st Place in Raider Relays
- 1st Place in Tire Mover
- 1st Place in Rock Party
- 3rd Place in Team Run
- 1st Place in Tough Raider
- 1st Place in Tire Mover
- 1st Place Overall
